Cisco HR was founded by Austin Cisco, an HR Professional with 10+ years of experience in Corporate HR. In the fall of 2021, Austin was working as a Sr. HR Consultant in the finance industry, when his employer issued a company-wide Covid-19 vaccine mandate. Despite working at home during the time, his employer insisted that all employees sign a formal attestation regarding their personal medical choices, and adhere to discriminatory polices based on these choices. This included mask use, testing, and vaccination as a new condition of employment.
